About Peggy Barkalow

Peggy grew up in Paradise Valley, Arizona, and attended Arizona State University, where she studied English Literature with an emphasis in Creative Writing. She has lived in Los Angeles for over a decade where she began her career in the mailroom at a prestigious talent agency in Beverly Hills. This path ultimately led her to a career in day-to-day managing A-list artists in the music industry providing her with a comprehensive hands-on experience spanning a multitude of creative and logistical projects. After a whirlwind and fulfilling 10-year career in the entertainment industry, her passion shifted towards interior design and real estate. She gained valuable experience working under two different LA-based interior designers, delving deep into the realms of home design and renovation. This journey ultimately culminated in her decision to obtain her real estate license in 2022. Following a year dedicated to nurturing her start in the business, she joined forces with her colleague and mentor, Jose Prats, a top-selling real estate agent in Los Angeles with a popular Instagram presence, as the first agent on his team. Their diverse clientele, spanning from newcomers in the real estate market to long-time homeowners bidding adieu to homes they've cherished for years, demonstrates their knowledge and proficiency in the field.
