I reached out to Jose via phone and he picked up right away and worked step-by-step with us to acquire our new home. We had the absolute best experience working with Jose and Acme! As first-time homebuyers, we were totally unsure of where to start. We met Jose at an open house and ended up scheduling a call to start our home search. Jose walked us through the entire process and was so patient with all of our questions. He connected us with the mortgage broker we ended up using, too. We found a house a few months into our search and Jose helped us navigate counteroffers, and the inspection process and got us closing credits that saved thousands. We would recommend him to anyone and whenever we want to move (not for a long time), he will be our first phone call!
We recently purchased our first home from Jose and it was such a wonderful and easy experience. He was so knowledgeable about the process which instilled a great deal of confidence in us as first-timers. Despite how busy he is, he always made time to answer even the smallest of questions and never made us feel insecure about asking the "silly questions".
