Meet Tim
Understanding the emotional aspect of home buying, Tim takes his clients’ trust seriously. Understanding a client’s wants and needs is a top priority. This is followed closely by humor and fun if there are no moments of joy during your purchase, sale or lease, then something has gone horribly wrong.
Tim grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. After 9 years working on commercial, print and television projects, he wanted a change. His passion for performance, design and craftsmanship led to a career in real estate where he integrates those passions into the home buying and selling process.
Having just celebrated 13 years in LA, Tim has explored almost every pocket of this great city. Need to know where to buy the freshest beer? A great iced Americano? Locally made candles? Good dirty martini (blue cheese olives a must)? Let him know, he’s got your back.

When not selling homes, Tim still acts in various TV shows and commercials. Outside of “work”, you can find him sampling some fresh Hazy IPAs at local breweries, doting on his houseplants and taking long walks in Santa Monica with his partner, Grant.
